Contact Jam in a focused setting with the jam collective Fidelia, Ine, Judith, Heidi & Laura. Every Wednesday from 7.30 to 9 at LUISE Kultur
A research space for contact improvisation by and for dancers and movers.
We start and end together in a circle. Without a guided warm-up, everyone arrives in the body, space and improvisation independently.
Moving, experiencing, stillness, improvising, not-knowing, communicating, dancing, listening, enjoying, being connected, feeling aliveness.

YOGA as WARM UP : If you would like to practice yoga with Fidelia beforehand, there is the opportunity to do so - same location, same room, 5:30 to 6:45 pm, 15-20€ (class & jam).
