Judith Hummel

Performer, Choreographer

Judith Hummel is a performer, choreographer, and dance mediator. Her works move between dance, performance, and visual art, exploring themes such as intimacy, identity, and origin. With her long-term project "Wo komme ich her?" (2019–2023), which includes three filmic works, she was featured at DG Kunstraum in 2023. Beyond her artistic practice, she develops mediation formats for various target groups, including "Bewegte Anatomie an Grundschulen" (Moving Anatomy at Primary Schools) and the card set "Move Towards – A Set of Cards for Inclusive Dance Practice."

Currently, she is preparing a dance piece for children aged 0 to 6 together with Susanne Schneider and Laura Saumweber. She teaches fundamentals in body training at ADK Ludwigsburg and works as a teacher for body awareness at a special education school.
